We want you to be totally head over heals with your pet tag purchase.

If on opening up your order you notice an error, please first check your order to see you supplied us with the correct details at the time of order

If your order is all good, then sorry its our bad! Please fill in the form supplied with the tag or get in contact with us and we will arrange for the tag to be replaced at no charge & straight away for you. (A photo may be required in some cases.)

You do not need to return the incorrect tag, and the replacement will generally be dispatched same day where possible.

Please Note that under no circumstances can we accept returns of any engraved pet tags. If you are unhappy with the quality of the tag received, then a replacement will be issued immediately.
