How will my pet tag be delivered?
All pet tags are shipped free of charge, in a neat white envelope, by regular mail. As Red Dingo tags are sent worldwide from multiple locations, the carrier will differ depending on the region they were sent from, ie USPS in USA, Royal Mail in UK, Swiss Post in EU, and Australia Post in Australia.
How long will it take for my pet tag to arrive?
Pet tags are generally engraved & dispatched on the same day that they are ordered (weekends and Public Holidays excluded) and ordinarily take only a day or two to arrive. Please note however, this does depend on your location. Red Dingo have engraving stations placed conveniently all over the world, but should you live in a remote area, or a country where they do not have an engraving station it can take a lot longer. It also depends on the postal service in your country, as unfortunately some are notoriously slow. If you have not received your pet tag within 10 working days from placing your order, please contact us and we will see what we can do for you to rectify the situation. Otherwise, sit tight and the postman will merrily pop your envelope neatly in your letter box.

Can I send my package to a business address?
If using a business address to receive your pet id tag please ensure you have the full address noted on your order, to include a clear business name, number and street name. Also ensure you list your full name. This is especially important If you have a mail sorting room to ensure it reaches you safely and does not go astray.

How can i make a guarantee claim?
Red Dingo's goal is to produce the highest quality products that will outlast all of your pets adventures. Their strict quality control measures require every product to be thoroughly inspected before leaving the factory. Red Dingo guarantee all of their products to be free from material and manufacturing faults for the life of every product and will replace any defective products. Red Dingo also guarantee the engraving will remain visible for the life of the tag. If you are not completely satisfied with your Red Dingo product, or the engraving on your tag has worn away, please contact our Customer Service Department for a quick resolution.
How secure are the payments?
All payments are processed securely through the Eway Payment processing portal. No payment information is kept on our website and ALL details are processed securely through eWay's servers. You can rest assured your card details will always be safe. Prices are indicated in the user or browser selected currency, but all payments are processed in the equivalent in Australian Dollars. This will be clearly shown on the invoice received.
